Practical AI Project-Building Delivered Into Your Curriculum
Eden-Well partners with gymnases, private and professional schools to deliver structured, technically rigorous AI programmes that meet mandatory informatique requirements and produce deployable student projects.
Let's discuss a partnershipWhat institutions are telling us
"Informatique is compulsory now. We teach the coding, but the applied-AI side is harder to deliver."
Since August 2024, computer science has been a core discipline at Swiss gymnases, where students learn the fundamentals of programming. We partner with teachers to add the applied-AI layer, turning those skills into real projects they can build and deploy.
"Students want a meaningful tech Travail de Maturité, but we can't supervise that technically."
The Travail de Maturité demands a rigorous, year-long capstone. We supply the technical scaffolding: structured workshops, hands-on facilitation, and a deployment stack, so your teachers retain full supervisory authority without needing to be developers.
A proven track record in youth education
Three core institution types
Cantonal gymnases
Travail de Maturité Builder and informatique module aligned with DGEP requirementsand the national maturité framework.
Private & international schools
Enrichment programmes and hands-on AI electives for schools seeking a credible technical differentiator.
Hospitality & Professional schools
AI-assisted service design: booking systems, conversational agents (chatbots), and client-facing digital tools.
Two structured programmes
Travail de Maturité Builder
A turnkey capstone framework. Eden-Well provides the technical facilitation; your teacher retains full supervisory and evaluative authority.
- Structured kit: problem definition, web architecture design, AI-assisted build, oral defence preparation.
- Students build, deploy and even sell a live service on Apertus: scheduling, booking, conversational agent (chatbot), e-commerce, or data dashboard.
- Focus on AI, vibe coding, and no-code tools learning to read and understand AI output, with simple guardrails (RAG) to keep each project safe.
- Build your Travail de Maturité with AI and prepare for university at the same time.
Informatique Module
A plug-in module for the compulsory informatique curriculum, delivered by experienced facilitators with hands-on assistants.
- Intuition-first AI literacy: how models reason, classify, and generate, without prerequisite mathematics.
- Web architecture basics: frontend, backend, database, and deployment on Swiss infrastructure.
- Vibe coding and AI-assisted creation with no-code tools including how to check and understand what the AI produces.
- Ethical AI and digital citizenship: bias, transparency, and sovereign infrastructure.
- Each session facilitated in-person at your school or at our Lausanne centre.
What you can book
Pilot Workshop
Experience the methodology and see genuine student engagement firsthand, with no obligation, before committing to a larger rollout.
Full Bootcamp
3 to 5 intensive days. Students build and deploy a real AI project. Includes technical facilitation, hands-on assistants, and Apertus access.
Year Programme
Workshops scheduled across the school year, based on the agreed programme. Travail de Maturité support, incubation, and a final showcase included.
Built on Apertus: Swiss sovereign AI
Why sovereignty matters in education
Unlike commercial black-box APIs, Apertus is transparent and accountable: the algorithm is a shared resource, not a secret. Financially supported by the Swiss state as essential public infrastructure, it provides AI tokens and computing resources directly to educational programmes like ours.
Digital democracy and tool ownership: in a digital society, true autonomy is impossible if we don't own the tools we use. To own our future, we must own our infrastructure.
How our programme maps to the plan d'études
| Informatique theme | How it is covered |
|---|---|
| Representation of information | Data modelling and structuring of the student's service (users, content, bookings) |
| Programming | Vibe coding and AI-assisted construction of web applications on Apertus |
| Web architecture | Frontend, backend, database, and deployment: how a real web service is structured and launched |
| AI and society | How AI agents work, AI Agent harness, responsible use, GDPR, and sovereign infrastructure |
| Ethics and digital citizenship | Transparency, data privacy, bias detection, and responsible AI design |
A clear, collaborative division of roles

What your institution gains
Let's discuss a collaboration
We don't just imagine a better future; we help young people build it. Through hands-on, collaborative learning, students gain the skills to create AI that is safe, inclusive, and mindful of its impact on society and the environment.
