AWAKENING
Many youth struggle to unlock their creative potential, despite having powerful technology at their fingertips. The problem is that youth default to passive consumption — wasting hours on social media and video games instead of creating with tech.
How can we turn screen time into purpose-driven innovation and real-world impact? At Eden-Well, we believe that young people are naturally creative. Hence, we provide youth with the best tools for a given task, in a way that is accessible to all.

To inspire and provide young individuals aged 13-25 with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to become responsible leaders in cutting-edge AI technology and IT, fostering a safe & inclusive technological future.
What we do
Eden-Well organizes fun and engaging activities in French and English, such as hands-on workshops in AI exploration and creative tech—including 3D modeling, AI-powered animation, no-code app development, data analysis & visualization, the future of jobs with AI, and much more. We empower youth to empower, so we also want to see youth leading the workshops.
In addition to workshops, we will create a platform with Hackathons and other events for motivated youth. These events will serve as a bridge between youth and companies, who will provide interesting tech challenges. That way, we will grant youth an opportunity to connect with AI industry careers, financiers and experts, work in teams and present their projects at tech/AI conferences.
Our target audience consists of:
a) local youth (aged 13 to 19) by offering them what they will not learn in standard schools,
b) immigrants and refugees (aged 13-25) from all over the world by allowing them to start anew with accessible tech education and a community that cares, and
c) career seekers, local young people (aged 20-25) who are in transition exploring new horizons through tech and AI.
We offer these services in our center in Lausanne, and we are also happy to come to your school or organization.

We Are Big on Celebration
We believe in celebrating young talents and the individuals and organizations that empower them to shine✨. To this end, we seek to create an e-magazine and events that celebrate such individuals and organizations. Our goal is to create a celebration society where parents, siblings, grandparents, and stakeholders in youth empowerment can celebrate together the accomplishments of the youth.
Our history
Eden-Well began its journey in 2022 by delivering a workshop titled “Empower to Lead: Building Confidence & Resilience for Youth” in a private school.
In January 2023, we opened our own youth center in Lausanne, where we started by creating and serving a vibrant group of newly arrived Ukrainian youth. For two years, we were successfully organizing transformative activities that allowed youth to integrate effectively into their new environment and to discover their purpose and develop personal leadership skills. We also organized financial education games (similar to CashFlow), as well as hands-on workshops in goal setting & achieving, marketing, cooking, architecture.
In January 2025, we restructured the organization to place IT and Generative AI skills at the heart of our mission. Today, we provide workshops only in French and English, and we serve local youth, immigrants and refugees. Our workshops combine technology, creativity, and personal growth—empowering young people to not only adapt to the future but actively shape it.
