The psychoanalytic method, which is also called depth psychology, allows to look beyond the ordinary understanding of things, teaches to look into the essence of what is happening, to build a more voluminous model of the situation. Such an understanding enables greater awareness in every moment of life, allows to manage emotional state, better understand desires and modify actions to achieve them, and, as a result, improves the quality of life. Kseniya likes to help her clients to follow this path.
